The Chayofa Country Club offers the best of both worlds. Though it is only 800m from the buzzing La Camella and its many Spanish restaurants bars and shops and just 5 – 10 minutes transfer from Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje, it has a very relaxed laid back atmosphere. There are no reps jumping up and down and no loud music, just our Representative/Concierge attending to your every need. The reception having been recently completely renovated, offers facilities more associated with a 4 star hotel and includes staff, 24/7 Wi-Fi and lounge areas.
Though the Chayofa Country Club is a few years old now, having been originally sold as a timeshare complex, the standard of interiors as you would expect, are high. The apartments are also much larger than the average and are extremely well equipped. For those who enjoy their TV, the satellite system unlike most other hotels, has a wide range of English channels including all BBC and ITV stations.
The on site restaurant "Zorro's" is highly regarded attracting customers from all over the island. Chayofa also has a second day fantastic restaurant and pool bar offering breakfast lunch and snacks all day, opening from 9 AM until midnight, and there is entertainment 3 times a week. There is also a super bar/restaurant in the middle of the village called the "Tree House" It offers regular entertainment and is very popular.
Outside the Chayofa have a lovely main pool and Jacuzzi, plus a small children's pool with extensive sun terrace. The pool area has recently been renovated, with gazebos, and now looks great. They have also recently starting offering massages by the pool. The complex also has a large gym, sauna and hairdresser. The gym has been renovated, and is run by a personal trainer, so you can enjoy 1 on 1 person training sessions. For those of you who enjoy their tennis, it's party time. The complex also has a highly acclaimed tennis academy.
There is a huge choice of apartments in Tenerife. But the Chayofa Country Club offers a level of value for money that simply cannot be matched. Of course some people will point out they are not by the beach, but with the courtesy bus, clients have a unique opportunity to sample local atmosphere in neighbouring La Camella whilst being just 10 minutes from the beach. Remember, half of all hotels and apartments in the South of Tenerife are at least ten minutes from the beach, and that's walking with all the inconveniences that can sometimes bring.
